Competitive, based on experience Join Our Team! West Coast Sourdough is opening a brand-new location in Yorba Linda in January 2027! We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and help build a successful restaurant from day one. The ideal candidate is a positive leader who enjoys developing employees, delivering outstanding customer service, and taking ownership of restaurant performance. Key Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Hire, train, motivate, and develop a strong team. Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and scheduling. Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Drive sales, catering, and overall restaurant profitability. Lead by example and create a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Minimum 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing labor, inventory, and restaurant operations. Hands-on management style with a passion for hospitality. Fast-casual or quick-service restaurant experience preferred. Training & Opportunity Paid training will take place at our Irvine location before the anticipated January 2027 opening in Yorba Linda. Pay:

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 38.0 per week
