Food Truck Manager

Duties Manage daily food truck operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction Supervise and train staff on food handling, POS systems, cash handling and customer service best practices Oversee inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food management efficiency Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment Handle shift management by scheduling staff, coordinating breaks, and ensuring smooth operation during busy hours Conduct staff training sessions focused on culinary techniques, hospitality management, and operational procedures Implement budgeting strategies for food costs and labor to meet financial goals while delivering quality service Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food truck or mobile food operations preferred Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within casual dining or catering settings Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training, team development, and interviewing candidates Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and inventory control practices Join us as a Food Truck Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering delicious yogurt and coffee with energy and professionalism.
