Job Description

Fulltime night manager. This individual must be a leader, must work well as a team and be willing to build up those around them. We thrive as more of a coaching, development stand point than, "do this" "do that" mentality. We have a mix of seasoned and newer staff and they are being molded into a team that truly cares and tries to do better everyday. We need that exceptional leader for this team. Looking for someone that has professional boundaries and can lead by example. We are looking for compassion and understanding, a desire to grow and help those around them grow as well. We have found that although food service is not MANDATORY, it is extremely favorable. We will train the right minded person(s) but cooking and/or serving will be extremely helpful. This position will require you to train and learn all positions within the restaurant. This will be a fulltime evening position 5pm-12am or 5pm-1am Friday and Saturday A Denny's Assistant Manager runs the diner during their shift. They supervise 5 to 20 crew members, manage guest satisfaction, and ensure food quality and safety. They also help the General Manager with hiring, training, scheduling, and controlling food and labor costs.
Shift Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure guests get great service.
Staff Leadership:
Hire, train, and schedule team members.
Financial Duties:
Monitor food waste, manage cash, and keep labor costs within budget.
Safety & Sanitation:
Check equipment temperatures and ensure cleanliness to meet brand standards.
Guest Relations:
Handle customer requests and complaints.
Job Requirement Experience:
Usually requires 1+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
Availability:
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
Requires extensive standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Typical Wages & Benefits Pay:
