We are dedicated to providing an enjoyable and professional environment for our staff members, fostering a vibrant hospitality experience. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic Mahogany Grille team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff training and development, and uphold food safety standards. Your leadership will drive the success of our casual dining establishment, creating memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all front of house restaurant activities, including service delivery Manage staff schedules, conduct interviews, and oversee training & development programs to ensure team excellence Assist in inventory control, food management, and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize resources Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food handling Handle cash transactions accurately using Squirrel POS system including cash handling procedures Monitor shift performance, address customer concerns promptly, and foster a welcoming environment for guests Implement management strategies for budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures Experience with inventory control, food safety standards, and food industry regulations Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively Background in hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage shift operations, budgeting, and team performance Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Prior experience in fine dining or banquet settings is advantageous Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as we deliver outstanding hospitality experiences!
