Located in Durango Colorado, this role is vital in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift and providing exceptional guest service. As a Night Auditor, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy. Provide excellent customer service to guests during their stay. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain security protocols for the hotel during night hours. Prepare reports on occupancy rates and revenue for management. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold Best Western's standards of hospitality and professionalism. Qualifications Strong knowledge of night audit procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
