Work collaboratively with ownership and management to identify operational issues and implement improvements. Assist with creating, updating, training, and enforcing FOH SOPs and service standards. Build a positive team culture while maintaining clear expectations and accountability. Qualifications Previous restaurant management or strong supervisory experience required. Strong understanding of full-service restaurant operations and hospitality. Experience managing and developing FOH employees. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume service and difficult situations. Comfortable addressing employee performance issues and holding staff accountable. Strong understanding of guest recovery and conflict resolution. Must be available for a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings as business needs require. What We're Looking For We want a manager who notices the details before they become problems. You should be comfortable stepping into service when the team needs help while still maintaining the bigger picture of the operation.
