Prost Brewing Co. produces some of the best and award-winning German style biers in the country and our Biergartens match that quality with our food. We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager with a strong ability to train and mentor other cooks. This position will be a true working AKM position, including prep, line, expo, ordering, and inventory management.

Responsibilities :

supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure food safety, consistency and quality. The job requires 3 or 4 nights per week. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the busiest days so plan to work most of those days.

We open at 2:00 Mon-Thu. Foster a positive and inclusive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Experience Experience managing kitchen operations in a fast casual, from scratch kitchen with a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques. Strong communication and leadership ability including working with the front of house.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
