Food & Beverage Manager The Links Golf Course a is a daily fee public course located in Highlands Ranch. The course is family owned and operated with a large and loyal customer base. The Links course is an executive length course designed by Dick Phelps. The Food and Beverage Manager will work directly with ownership, managing a fast-paced grille operation and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food beverage program. This role involves managing the operations, creating and maintaining food and beverage menus, supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Food and Beverage Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue, maintaining high-quality standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Salary Range:
$65,000-$75,000 Medical, Dental & Life Retirement plan with employer matching contributions (after 12 months) Annual bonus potential based on individual and company performance Playing and practice privileges Tips when working solo Typical responsibilities: Directs daily food service operations in order to provide quality products including: menu evaluation and planning, purchasing, inventory, receiving, food preparation, control and storage. Establishes policies and procedures for delivery of superior food and beverage product/service which exceed the customer expectations. Prepares and cooks food as necessary to meet the demands of the golf facility. Manages the beverage service including both the restaurant and beverage cart service. Ensuring that customers' needs are met through the selection and quality of offerings as well as ensuring customer service. Provides menu offerings and pricing for tournament and special event offerings that meet the needs of clients and provide a fiscal return to the golf club. Executes these offerings to provide the best experience possible. Maintains and implements sanitary and food safety conditions and training to adhere to auditing procedures and statutory regulations. Maintains kitchen and storage facilities to meet/exceed sanitary conditions; monitors internal quality assurance and food safety audit process. Resolve customer complaints as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
Budget and Business Plan:
Achieves revenue goals as outlined in budget through daily sales, tournaments, special events, beverage cart service, and other opportunities. Oversees ordering and expenditures to control financials for all food and beverage. Develops a business plan for the golf facility that establishes a friendly, service orientated approach that maximizes revenues and manages costs. Reviews financial statements to ensure performance is in accordance with business plan. Other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
5+ years Management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using Microsoft Suite apps Serve Safe and Tips certified General golf knowledge preferred
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
