About the
Role:
We're seeking a driven, service-focused Assistant General Manager for Smokin Fins in Highlands Ranch, CO , to support daily restaurant operations and champion a culture where guest satisfaction and team morale go hand in hand. You'll work alongside the General Manager to lead staff, uphold operational standards, and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations:
Assist with daily operations, staff supervision, scheduling, and shift management. Ensure policies, security, and cleanliness standards are followed.
Team Development:
Hire, train, and coach team members. Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Guest Experience:
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Financial Oversight:
Help manage budgets, control costs, and ensure timely and accurate payroll and administrative duties.
Compliance & Safety:
Maintain food safety and regulatory compliance. Enforce cleanliness, uniform, and appearance standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor supplies and inventory to control waste and meet demand.
Community Presence:
Represent the brand in the local community through engagement and outreach.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management Strong leadership and communication skills Guest-first mindset and operational know-how Familiarity with POS and restaurant management systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment ServSafe Manager & TIPS Certification required Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
