Duties Develop and implement effective business strategies and programs to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Lead, mentor, and motivate department managers to achieve their goals while fostering a collaborative team environment. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the organization meets its financial targets. Overseening Bar Operations, including inventory, orders and cocktail development. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team. Drive customer satisfaction initiatives to enhance service quality and client retention. Requirements Proven experience as a Assistant General Manager positions within a relevant industry. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights. Proficiency in using management software and tools. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and employee engagement.
