$65,000 per year DOE Job Description The Banquet and Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all banquet and event operations from set up through break down while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, safety, and cleanliness. This position focuses primarily on banquet and event operations, which represent approximately sixty percent of the role, while the remaining fourty percent supports restaurant management and daily food and beverage service. The Banquet and Restaurant Operations Manager serves as the primary point of contact for event hosts, meeting planners, and clients and ensures that every event is executed smoothly from start to finish. This role also supports restaurant operations during peak periods to maintain service standards and a consistent guest experience across the property. The ideal candidate is a strong hospitality leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
