Restaurant Manager
Job Description
We're a large & high-volume establishment that's looking for a motivated multi-tasker to join our front-of-house management team. As a combination of brewpub & sports bar (2 venues in 1), the Pumphouse provides a unique dining & drinking experience for Longmont & the surrounding communities. We're looking for a full-time floor manager who is a self-starter with a big motor. This is a very hands-on management role, and management experience in a full-service restaurant & bar setting is a must. The available position is for closing shifts Thursday through Sunday, with days off Monday through Wednesday. This is a salaried position that requires :
- Enthusiasm for professional & college sports!
- Enthusiasm for craft beer!
- Bartending experience (to allow for effective staff assistance & bar management)
- Leadership by example in our 4 core service values: Attention to Detail, Hustle, Teamwork & Product Knowledge
- Ability & willingness to work long shifts & some late nights in a busy bar setting
- Outstanding people skills
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal + written)
- 40 hours/week Thursday through Sunday

Pay:
$75,000.00- $80,000.
