We are located on 3206 W Northern Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who is able to keep their team motivated and customer focused. Managers are expected to work 30-40 hours per week and attend a weekly manager meeting. All managers must obtain a Manager Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of hiring. $16.50-$21.50 per hour, plus tips (w/ tips: $20.00-$24.00 per hour) 401 K program PTO/PSL starting after working for 6 months Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed Maintain excellent customer service standards Manage profit and loss figures Qualifications Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Covid Vaccination Must obtain a Manager Food Handler Certification upon hiring We are looking forward to hearing from you.
