Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:
$81,900 - $110,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Lead all aspects of operations, including lodging, food and beverage, outdoor adventures, events, retail, sales and marketing, facilities, finance, and human resources. Champion a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement while developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Drive revenue growth and business performance through strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, tourism organizations, and industry stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Delaware North policies, standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting daily operations. Operate company vehicles as needed to support business operations. More about you Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least five years of experience in hospitality or hotel management, including food service, lodging, and retail; preferably with experience in outdoor adventure and event managment. Experience managing facilities maintenance and projects. A passion for the outdoors with familiarity of the safety standards, equipment maintenance, and emergency response practices essential in high-risk adventure settings is preferred Ability to develop and maintain transparent, effective, and positive relationships with key stakeholders. A commitment to excellence in guest service. Strong organization, communication, analytical, and team-building skills. Must possess a valid driver's license.
