The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Event Team Members to join our team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. As a Event Team Member, you will work behind the scenes and on the front lines of catering events, to make each guest experience the best it can be. We are seeking reliable and energetic Event Team Members to support the successful execution of events. This role plays a key part in event setup, guest experience, and overall event operations. Perform job duties of a busser, runner, server, bartender, or the event set-up team members Remove dirty dishes, utensils, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart. Serve food to event guests, and attends to guests' needs throughout the event Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to event guests responsibly Assist in event setup duties More about you Must be at least 18 years old Previous experience in catering events Ability to work a flexible scheduled that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays No high school diploma or GED required Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks Ability to lift to 50 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of the shift; may include walking up and downstairs Shift details Days Evenings Every weekend Weekends 10hr shift Events OT as needed Weekdays as needed
