Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant performance and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial transactions, including cash handling and POS system operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years managing multi-million dollar per year fast-casual restaurants
- Previous experience in food service management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food preparation techniques, safety standards, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$30,000.00- $60,000.
