We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remodeling/Renovation/Construction Manager to oversee the upkeep and needed renovations to our warehouse and store locations. Appliance Factory & Mattress Kingdom is ranked the 15th largest independently-owned appliance and mattress retailer in the country, and 24th overall, with 29 stores and growing across five states. You'll be joining a recession-proof, big-ticket industry that stays stable year-round, giving you long-term job security and real room to grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/renovation and be hands-on. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive performance improvements, manage teams and projects effectively, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Duties Implement best practices for warehouse organization, inventory management, and logistics. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to maintain operational readiness. Manage a team of technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations. Qualifications Proven experience in a senior operations management role within a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various power tools and hand tools. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent Benefits!
