Job Requirements:
Required:
3-5+ years of restaurant management experience , with at least 2 years as a General Manager (or equivalent senior leadership role) Proven track record of P&L management and delivering financial results Strong knowledge of food cost, labor cost, and operational KPIs Experience with hiring, training, and developing teams ServSafe Food Handler/Manager certification (or ability to obtain) Alcohol service certification (TIPS, TAM, or equivalent) Proficiency with POS systems (Toast, Aloha, Micros, etc.) Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field Experience with inventory management and vendor negotiations Experience with catering, banquets, or private events Familiarity with labor management and scheduling software Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus The expected pay range is $58,298.00 - $83,283.00 + annual bonus.
