Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant/Brewery Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee daily operations at our vibrant establishment. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant and brewery operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service excellence Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to ensure high-quality offerings Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices Lead shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours to optimize service speed and quality Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Oversee bar operations including beverage service, barista functions (if applicable), and alcohol licensing adherence Conduct regular staff performance reviews and participate in interviewing potential new team members Manage budgeting responsibilities to control costs while maintaining quality standards Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong culinary background with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Expertise in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings Skilled in inventory control, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations Ability to train staff effectively on customer service standards and operational procedures Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing training & development programs Exceptional communication skills with a focus on teamwork and staff motivation Knowledge of catering services or banquet management is a plus Hospitality management background with experience in hotel or bar settings is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Join us as a Restaurant/Brewery Manager if you're passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences through energetic leadership and meticulous management.
