Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including bartending, food production, and customer service
• Ensure that all drinks and food items are prepared and served according to company standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as necessary
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:

• Previous experience in bartending or a related field
• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food production and catering is a plus
• Experience as an assistant manager or in banquet operations is preferred
