About Us Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill honors the distinctive cuisine, culture, and history of Santa Fe, New Mexico, offering authentic flavors, aromas, spices, and recipes straight from the region. Established in 2007 at 271 Crown Street in New Haven, our brand has expanded to Fairfield (2070 Post Road) and Delray Beach, Florida (105 E. Atlantic Avenue). All locations feature dynamic indoor and outdoor dining, cozy indoor fireplaces, takeout, event space, and catering services. Our celebrated Tequila program offers the largest selection on the East Coast and was one of the first establishments in the world to receive the CRT Award T Certification from the Mexican government's Tequila Regulatory Council. Coupled with a design aesthetic rich in Southwestern colors, textures, and art, we provide a warm, one-of-a-kind experience that truly celebrates the Southwest. The Opportunity As our successful restaurant group continues to grow, we are seeking high-energy, passionate leaders to join our Fairfield team as a General Manager . With established locations across Connecticut and Florida, this is an incredible prospect to build your career with a expanding multi-unit group offering significant opportunities for professional advancement. What We Are Looking For We want dynamic leaders who bring enthusiasm, drive, and an ownership mindset to every shift.
Qualified candidates should bring:
Management Experience:
Proven track record running busy, high-volume shifts with poise and confidence.
Operational Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience in bar/beverage management, cash handling, and HR/team leadership.
Leadership & Drive:
A passionate, proactive approach—someone who takes full pride in running the restaurant as if it were their own, with the ability to both take direction and inspire a team. Join a standout culinary institution and help us lead the next chapter of our growth!
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
