Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bar Manager, where you will lead the bar operations with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for exceptional service. In this role, you will oversee daily bar activities, manage staff, ensure food and beverage quality, and create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your leadership will drive the success of our bar, blending culinary expertise with top-tier customer service to deliver memorable experiences. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all bar operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal service delivery Train, mentor, and develop staff in food preparation, beverage service, POS systems (TOAST POS), and customer engagement techniques Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food and beverage management Oversee food handling and safety procedures to comply with health regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales using POS systems Lead team training sessions on food safety management, kitchen procedures, and hospitality best practices Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or bar experience within quick service or fast food restaurant environments Strong background in restaurant management or hospitality management with supervising or team leadership experience Experience in managing inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols in a casual dining or fine dining setting Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to interview, train, motivate, and develop staff effectively Knowledge of food industry standards including catering experience, banquet operations, or hotel/bar environments is highly desirable Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for shift management and financial analysis Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams with a focus on customer service excellence This role is perfect for motivated professionals eager to lead a vibrant team while delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
