Opal Opportunities is seeking a full-time Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our growing sales team as Frontier continues expanding its fiber network across Connecticut. Many customers are still relying on legacy providers without realizing there are faster, more reliable connectivity options available. Backed by industry-leading innovation, Frontier's fiber network delivers enhanced speed, reliability, and performance to homes and businesses throughout the region. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you'll introduce customers to Frontier's advanced fiber solutions while supporting sales initiatives, building leadership skills, and contributing to the growth of our team. Through hands-on training, you'll develop expertise in Frontier's fiber internet and TV services, strengthen your customer engagement and territory management skills, and gain the knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Core Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager Drive in-person team performance by setting clear goals for sales of Frontier's services, ensuring every interaction moves customers closer to upgrading. Develop in-person training programs that empower the sales team to confidently explain Frontier's advantages over competitors. Identify sales opportunities in person to help customers see the value of adding Frontier's premium TV or internet upgrades to their plans. Address customer objections with tailored responses that highlight the reliability and value of Frontier's services. Create promotional strategies that emphasize Frontier's impact, such as supporting remote work or family entertainment in Scranton. Monitor industry trends to keep our sales approach fresh and aligned with the evolving needs of our community.
