Bobbi's Pizza is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in New Haven. We're looking for someone who is energetic, organized, great with people, and most importantly, can think on their feet. This isn't a position where you'll be handed a checklist every day. We want someone who notices what needs to be done, solves problems, brings ideas to the table, and takes ownership of the restaurant. You'll work directly with ownership and play a big role in the day-to-day operation and continued growth of Bobbi's. What You'll Do Run day-to-day front-of-house operations Lead, train, schedule, and support our team Be present and hands-on during busy shifts Make sure guests are having a great experience Handle customer issues and find solutions when things don't go as planned Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly Review timekeeping, tips, discounts, comps, and voids Help with basic administrative tasks and vendor invoices Monitor online ordering and delivery platforms Respond to customer emails, calls, Google reviews, and Yelp reviews Help manage beverage, paper goods, and FOH inventory Keep ownership informed about staffing, operations, and anything that needs attention Help Us Grow We don't just want someone to run shifts. We want someone who wants to help build Bobbi's.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
