Bar Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations in a fast-paced environment. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring that our bar meets the highest standards of quality and service. Duties Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service. Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items, maintaining high standards of food handling and safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas. Implement effective POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Develop creative drink menus and special promotions to enhance guest experience in a fine dining setting. Requirements Proven experience in bar management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and food handling regulations. Experience with POS systems and kitchen operations is preferred. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
