In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold high standards beverage quality, and manage all aspects of bar management to deliver an outstanding experience for our member-friendly club. Duties Lead and supervise the bar team, providing training, coaching, and development to foster a motivated and professional staff. Oversee beverage service, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation aligned with brand standards. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food and beverage management. Operate POS systems such as Northstar for order processing and sales reconciliation. Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and oversee daily operations to optimize service flow during busy hours. Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and club policies Serve as lead bartender during bar hours Collaborate on a simple, well-executed cocktail menu suitable for a beachside setting. Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and implement training programs to enhance team skills in customer service, and hospitality management. report directly to the General Manager and coordinate regularly on club events, staffing and supply needs. Requirements Proven experience with a strong background in managing hospitality teams. Previous bartending experience required. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Northstar. strong organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated supervisory experience in restaurant management or food service management roles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively across all levels of staff. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and shift management. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
