Growing Restaurant Group Salary:

$80,000-$95,000 + Bonus A rapidly growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations. We are looking for a hands-on, hospitality-driven leader who can build strong teams, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and achieve financial goals.

General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead daily restaurant operations, including food quality, service, staffing, and guest satisfaction Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly employees Manage P&L performance, budgets, labor, inventory, ordering, and cost controls Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation Resolve guest concerns and build strong customer relationships Create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth

General Manager Requirements:
