Growing Restaurant Group Salary:

$60,000-$72,000 + Bonus A rapidly growing restaurant group is seeking an energetic, hands-on Restaurant Manager. We are looking for a hospitality-driven leader who enjoys developing employees, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting successful daily operations.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain high service standards Train, coach, and develop hourly team members Support scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company standards Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Create a positive culture built around teamwork and accountability

Restaurant Manager Requirements:
