Schedule Monday through Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM What You'll Do Lead and supervise dining room staff to ensure exceptional service Coordinate daily dining room operations and staffing Train, coach, and support team members Maintain high standards for dining room presentation and cleanliness Ensure resident satisfaction through outstanding hospitality Manage schedules and staffing levels Promote teamwork between departments Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations Support quality assurance and service excellence initiatives Manage reservations and seatings What We're Looking For ✔ Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, club, senior living community, or similar hospitality environment ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills ✔ Passion for providing exceptional customer service ✔ Ability to motivate and develop team members ✔ Organized, flexible, and solution-focused approach ✔ Hospitality or restaurant management education preferred Why Join Seabury at Pomperaug Woods?
