RESTAURANT STORE MANAGER

Responsibilities Include:

Ability to proactively attract, hire, train, and develop a strong team Build meaningful relationships within your business and impact your customers Delivering store sales and financial objectives Scheduling weekly and daily labor requirements to meet standards and business needs Maintain high quality food standards in all areas of the restaurant and ensure safety standards are adhered to consistently

Candidate Profile:

2+ years experience in restaurant management Experience in fast casual chains preferred Strong passion for food service and the hospitality industry Ability to adapt to a new dynamic work environment Effectively communicates to make a positive impact on customers and staff Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining standards during daily operational activity Hands on approach to problem solving and solutions Understanding of food and products to reinforce this to the team Consistent demeanor and a reputation of approach ability as a role model with a high degree of integrity High Energy, Self Starter, displays passion for the guest experience.
