About the Role We're hiring General Managers who are passionate about food, leadership, and creating a positive team culture. Our GMs are not desk managers—they're active on the floor, on the line, and in the details. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-expectation environment and is ready to take full ownership of a location.

What You'll Do:

Oversee all daily operations, including kitchen and front-of-house Hire, train, schedule, and lead a strong team Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Manage inventory, ordering, prep systems, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations Drive sales and manage labor and cost goals Act as the face of the store and build relationships with staff, guests, and the community Collaborate with ownership and fellow GMs on continuous improvements Lead with positivity, energy, and accountability
