Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members to foster a positive work environment. Oversee daily operations such as opening and closing procedures, shift management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and consistency across all menu items. Utilize POS systems like Aloha or Micros for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting to maintain accurate financial records. Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers to minimize waste and optimize costs. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability while managing budgets effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management, with a background in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, along with cash handling expertise. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams within hospitality or food service environments. Familiarity with food safety management practices and food handling regulations. Excellent communication skills for staff training, team management, and customer interactions. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to inventory control, budgeting, and sales analysis. Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is a plus; banquet or catering experience is also beneficial.
