Our concept combines the speed and efficiency of fast casual with the hospitality, quality, and personal interaction of a more upscale dining experience. This role is focused primarily on front-of-house leadership, guest engagement, team accountability, scheduling, cash management, and the consistent execution of our established operating systems. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with our Kitchen Manager, who oversees food production, commissary operations, inventory, ordering, and back-of-house execution. Together, both managers will ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and that every order and guest experience meets Press Burger standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

3-5 years of restaurant leadership or management experience preferred Experience in a polished fast-casual, hospitality-driven, or upscale casual restaurant environment A genuine interest in interacting with guests and building strong customer relationships A strong ability to lead, coach, and hold employees accountable Excellent organization, communication, and decision-making skills The ability to stay calm, focused, and professional during busy periods Comfort working within established systems, procedures, and operating standards A hands-on leadership style and willingness to support the team wherever needed A strong commitment to cleanliness, presentation, consistency, hospitality, and guest satisfaction The ability to coordinate effectively with the Kitchen Manager to ensure accurate and timely order execution Spanish-English bilingual communication skills are a strong plus. Growth Opportunity Press Burger is preparing to open its third location in approximately six months. The person hired for this position will have the opportunity to be considered for advancement into a General Manager role as the company expands. Advancement will be based on performance, leadership ability, operational consistency, and success in managing the current restaurant.
