Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and foster a welcoming environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development, creating a vibrant atmosphere where both staff and guests feel valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about hospitality management and food service excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to meet budget targets Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluations Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and oversee shift management to optimize service flow Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer service at all times Requirements Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant, casual dining, or fine dining setting with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling practices Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food management, and budgeting within the food industry Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and interviewing candidates Background in hospitality management or culinary experience preferred; previous restaurant management experience is essential Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; familiarity with kitchen management and food production processes Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences! $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
