Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and engage with guests will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Buss tables efficiently to prepare for new guests while maintaining an organized workspace. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport with customers. Familiarity with POS systems for order taking and payment processing is advantageous. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
