Assistant General Manager Are you passionate about wine? Obsessed with great food? Do you love teaching teams how to sell with confidence and elevate the guest experience? We're seeking an experienced AGM who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes pride in building a sales-driven, product-focused dining room. This role is for a leader who understands that exceptional hospitality starts with knowledge, energy, and execution, and who knows how to translate that into results. If you get excited about coaching servers on wine pairings, driving beverage sales, and creating seamless service while maintaining a polished guest experience, this is your role.
