Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels using POS Toast. Train, mentor, and develop staff members through effective team training programs and performance evaluations. Manage financial aspects including budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement proper food handling procedures across all departments. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards. Conduct staff interviews for hiring purposes and participate in onboarding new team members. Oversee kitchen management tasks such as food production, culinary standards, and kitchen safety protocols. Utilize managerial communication skills to coordinate between front-of-house and back-of-house teams effectively. Experience Proven management experience within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments with a strong focus on food industry standards. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management. Demonstrated success in supervising teams, managing hospitality operations, and leading staff training initiatives. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost management strategies. Prior roles involving shift management, customer service excellence, catering or banquet experience are highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment while maintaining high operational standards.
