ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking passionate management applicants to launch our first store with many more to follow. This management team will be responsible for developing and training a first-class team, and building a strong, positive team environment that allows Dave's Hot Chicken and its employees to strive and provide our customers with an excellent customer service and dining experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

General Management candidates ideally will have 3-5 years restaurant General Manager experience in which you were responsible for day-to-day operations. We value honesty and integrity and so should you. With this being a new franchise, ideally the management team is flexible as we are learning new things and adjusting constantly to changes. You must be able to operate independently without a lot of supervision.

NICE TO HAVE

Extremely High Volume QSR experience Experience opening new restaurants preferred
