Hello I am looking for an experience GM that can help our growing concept flourish into a multi location chain. The position comes with a base salary and shared net revenue. Our ambition is to open a second location in the next couple of years. I am looking for someone with experience, great at managing people, cultivating culture, training new employees, building SOPs and focused on the customer experience.
