As a cherished family-owned restaurant chain flourishing in South Florida, with vibrant locations in Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Davie, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, and Downtown Palm Beach Gardens, we are on the lookout for exceptional talent to join our PhatBoy family. Duties Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality guest experiences Lead staff training and development initiatives, including interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing team training to cultivate a motivated and skilled workforce Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards Conduct shift management by coordinating schedules, supervising staff performance, and resolving operational issues promptly Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction strategies Experience Proven management experience in the food industry Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership in hospitality management settings Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems Strong background in food safety management, inventory control, and food production processes Experience in managing hospitality teams through training & development programs and performance evaluations Ability to perform basic math accurately for budgeting, ordering supplies, and financial analysis Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment! Pay:
$61,342.54 - $80,000.00 per year
