Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure exceptional food quality, maintain efficient kitchen workflows, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize food production processes, and deliver outstanding dining experiences for our guests. Duties Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability. Oversee food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations; conduct regular cleanliness inspections and staff training on proper handling procedures. Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance culinary skills, customer service, and team performance. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth shift management, timely service delivery, and seamless communication. Utilize POS systems Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service environment with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations. Demonstrated expertise in food safety management, inventory control, and food production processes. Experience with POS systems Prior supervisory experience in casual dining setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop hospitality teams effectively. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis within the food industry. Excellent communication skills for managing staff training sessions, conducting interviews, and coordinating with other departments.
