ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER / MANAGER IN TRAINING

$18/Hour + Tips | Potential Earnings Approximately $20

• 21/Hour Diced is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Manager in Training who is ready to learn, lead, and grow with our company.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You will learn all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen operations, guest service, team leadership, food safety, inventory, labor, opening and closing procedures, and daily restaurant operations.

Starting Pay:

$18/hour + tips Tips typically add approximately $2

You will:

Learn all Front of House and Back of House positions Lead and motivate team members during shifts Deliver a great guest experience Coach and develop team members Learn opening and closing procedures Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards Monitor sales, labor, and team productivity Assist with scheduling and staffing Support inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Handle cash and daily restaurant procedures Complete operational checklists and required documentation Help resolve guest concerns Hold team members accountable to Diced standards Support the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations What We're Looking For Leadership potential and a desire to grow Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication skills Willingness to learn all areas of the restaurant Comfortable coaching and leading a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food quality Reliable and punctual Restaurant or leadership experience preferred Grow Your Career With Diced We believe in developing and promoting our leaders from within .
