Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join the Manasota Key Group on beautiful Manasota Key to oversee the daily operations of our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities Lead and manage restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. Supervise and train staff, including assistant managers, servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel. Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with health regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase restaurant profitability. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize operational efficiency. Collaborate with the kitchen management team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in the food industry. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Experience Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fine dining setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food service operations. Experience in bartending or coffee service is a plus. Proven ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work culture. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
