What You'll Do:

Lead and support the team during daily restaurant operations Coach, train, and motivate team members to deliver great service Help ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met Assist with opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and other daily operations Handle guest questions and concerns with a positive, solution-focused approach Support inventory, ordering, and cost-control efforts Jump in wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a dependable, positive leader who enjoys working with people and knows how to keep a team motivated in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to grow and make a difference.
