The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, and maintaining a smooth workflow on the floor. This role requires strong leadership skills, a background in food service, and the ability to effectively manage inventory and staff training. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, including shift management and training of new employees. Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and safety standards. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Utilize Skytab POS system for efficient order management and inventory control. Provide support to staff during peak hours to enhance team performance and customer experience. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food production processes and catering operations. Proficiency with SkyTab POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control and shift management.
