Elevating the Dining Experience Cheeca Lodge & Spa, a luxurious resort in the heart of Islamorada, is currently seeking a food and beverage professional to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. You will help oversee the restaurant operations of one of our renowned dining venues

•Atlantic Edge, Mia Cucina, or Nikai. This role is crucial in driving our commitment to culinary excellence and unparalleled guest service in a luxury resort setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Director of F&B to optimize costs, enhance profits, and ensure unique and current dining experiences. Analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the Director of F&B and staff to implement effective solutions. nsure adherence to the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and hygiene. Oversee guest satisfaction, ensuring excellent food quality and presentation. Manage all aspects of staff management, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining in accordance with resort policies. Facilitate effective communication within the team and conduct regular team briefings. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Managerial experience in food and beverage, including luxury resort experience. Excellent command of English with strong communication skills. Ability to work up to 10 hours a day as business needs dictate. Profound knowledge of food and beverage, and a thorough understanding of hotel services and facilities. Computer literate, with preferred skills in Excel and Spanish fluency. Must already be eligible to work in the USA
