Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented House Manager to help keep his home clean, organized, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on role focused on everyday household care, including cleaning, laundry, pet care, grocery shopping, and occasional organizing. The ideal candidate takes pride in caring for a home, notices what needs attention, and works independently while respecting the household's routines and privacy.

Key Responsibilities Housekeeping:

Maintain a clean and welcoming home through regular cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and taking out trash.

Laundry and clothing care:

Wash, dry, fold, and put away clothing, towels, and linens. Change bedding and iron or steam clothing as needed, following garment care instructions.

Dog care:

Feed the dogs, provide fresh water, take them on regular walks, and keep their feeding and living areas tidy. Follow care instructions and communicate any concerns.

Plant care:

Water and maintain household plants according to their needs.

Grocery shopping and household supplies:

Coordinate grocery lists, place online orders or shop in person, put purchases away, and track essential supplies to prevent shortages. Follow household preferences and approved budgets.

Organization:

Keep everyday spaces tidy and occasionally organize closets, cabinets, drawers, the pantry, and other areas.

Household upkeep:

Follow a consistent routine, anticipate recurring needs, and communicate supply shortages, maintenance concerns, or other issues requiring attention. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping, household management, or a similar role preferred. Strong cleaning, laundry, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable caring for and walking dogs. Dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy. Able to manage time effectively and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Clear communication skills and willingness to follow household preferences. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for grocery shopping and errands. Willingness to use household-approved cleaning products and methods. Professional references available upon request. What Success Looks Like The home is consistently clean and organized, laundry is kept up to date, dogs and plants receive dependable care, and groceries and essential supplies are stocked. The House Manager takes initiative and helps daily life run more smoothly.
