This position oversees all venue departments, including food and beverage, attractions, events, arcade, and guest services. The Assistant General Manager will maintain operational excellence, lead the management team, and drive the guest experience and financial results while upholding Elev8 Fun's standards, culture, and commitment to excellence. All salaried managers and department leads at Elev8 Fun report to the Assistant General Manager.

• Provide daily operational leadership across all departments to ensure consistency, accountability, and superior guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and facility presentation across the entire venue.
• Ensure full execution of company policies, operating procedures, and brand standards.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the management team, fostering collaboration, communication, and a results-driven culture.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency in line with business volume and budget targets.
• Oversee all financial aspects of the operation, including forecasting, expense control, and profitability goals.
• Conduct regular operational reviews to assess performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Partner with the Corporate Director of Operations, F&B leadership, and Marketing to execute events, promotions, and sales initiatives.
• Resolve guest complaints and operational challenges quickly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Support employee recognition, performance management, and succession planning to maintain strong leadership continuity.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and labor regulations.
• Represent Elev8 Fun Tampa with professionalism and commitment to community engagement and brand values.

• Maintain readiness for inspections, audits, and leadership reviews.
• Support capital projects, renovations, and new initiative rollouts as directed.
• Provide reports and updates to the Corporate Director of Operations regarding revenue, guest feedback, and operational priorities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Family Entertainment, Sports and Entertainment, Hotel, and or Specialty Restaurant Management as an Assistant General Manager of General Manager Must have large full-service experience. Proven supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including guest services, accounting, attractions, arcade, redemption, and revenue management. Experience in handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts professionally. Familiarity with property management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Previous experience in budgeting and financial reporting Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds. Capable of standing, walking, and working in confined spaces throughout shifts, maintaining visibility to guests at all times. Must possess the stamina to remain active and engaged during busy periods, ensuring responsiveness to guest needs. Adept at moving throughout the hotel property, which may involve significant distances between buildings and areas. Hearing and visual acuity to observe staff performance and detect emergency situations, responding appropriately.
