Exempt Only candidates that meet the below qualifications will be considered Job Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets to ensure efficiency and service standards are met. Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a positive and productive work environment. Supervise, motivate and train staff, providing ongoing guidance and support. Conduct pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, reservations and operational updates. Verify menus and wine lists for accuracy in content and pricing with the Restaurant Manager. Communicate specials, promotions, events and menu updates to staff. Monitor product availability and communicate ordering needs to leadership. Audit F&B systems to ensure accuracy of food and beverage orders and billing. Support financial performance by monitoring costs, labor and revenue trends. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Review staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and monitor attendance. Ensure adherence to POS procedures, company policies and service standards. Monitor facility conditions and follow up on maintenance needs. Ensure accuracy of billing, including member accounts. Maintain proper control and security of all F&B areas, including outlets, storage and offices. Promote clear, professional communication with team members and leadership. Support execution of outlet promotions and special events. Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork and service excellence. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards. Attend required meetings and training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage management experience; private or club experience preferred. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Flexible schedule, including AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays. English proficiency required to perform essential job functions. Comfortable working in a team-oriented, high-volume environment. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Food and alcohol certifications required or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
