Job Description
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of business by delivering a high-quality, healthy menu and motivating team members to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. Your management experience should ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Leading by example and uplifting your team members during busy moments in a fast-paced environment is key. Ultimately, you will ensure your restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences. Skills Proven work experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role Proven customer service experience as a manager Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Most Restaurant Managers are home nights and weekends.
